W-180 DC-AC INVERTER
The INVERTER GOLAND CENTURY W-180 can transform the electrical energy of 12V direct current into the energy of 230V alternating current that can be used in appliances, such as TV, acoustics, fax machine, haircut appliances, etc.
Other functions: overload protection, short circuit protection, battery reverse link protection, temperature protection and so on.
Operation procedure of bootstrap:
- Turn the switch “on-off” of the power to the “OFF”;
- Make the red string nip the positive pole “+” and the black string nip the negative pole “-” of the battery(Pay attention to clean the battery);
- Insert the outlets of your appliances into the suitable locations on the front of the INVERTER (Attention: The total nominal power of your appliances mustn’t overrun the power of the INVERTER);
- Turn on the appliance and then turn on the INVERTER (The voltage is comparatively stable when you operate as this order). The green indicator lamp gets bright, which shows there’s alternating current exporting.
Operation procedure of turning off:
Turn the switch “on-off” of power to the “OFF”, (If only turn off the appliances and haven’t turned off the INVERTER, it would waste the energy about1.5W).
The functions of protection:
1. Overloading protection: When insert too many appliances and the total power loads, the INVERTER will stop working within ten seconds. Then the red indicator lamp will get light and the INVERTER will be fixed on the protection state. Until reduce the load, turn the on-off of the power to the “OFF” over ten seconds and turn the on-off to the “ON”, then the INVERTER will renew to work;
2. Short circuit protection: When the interior of the appliance starts short circuit, the INVERTER will stop working within one second and be fixed on the protection state. Till take the appliance away, turn the on-off to the “OFF” over ten seconds and turn it to the “ON”, then the INVERTER will renew to work;
3. Temperature protection: When the load is too much or the temperature is too high, the temperature in the interior of the INVERTER will get higher. When the temperature gets to 90℃, the INVERTER will stop working and be fixed on the protection state. Till you turn the on-off to the “OFF” after reducing the load or improving the ventilation condition and turn the switch “on-off ” to the “ON” after the interior temperature gets lower, then the INVERTER will renew to work.
